Our dog, a Shepard/Chow mix, had been scratching himself to pieces all winter. We'd taken him to the vet, they said it was dry skin and a bad habit. Tried all kinds of shampoos, nothing worked. It was to the point where when we would pet him, we could feel the scabs under his fur that he had created from scratching himself so much. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and hear him scratching himself like crazy for 10 minutes at a time. It was driving us nuts, and I could only imagine how it made him feel.

I read about your product in an article by William Hageman in the Q section of the Sunday Chicago Tribune a couple of weeks ago. Although it was more money than I wanted to spend on dog shampoo, I had to try it. The day the product arrived here, we took our dog to the self wash place in our neighborhood and soaped him up. That was over a week ago and the result has been just great. I've only seen him scratch 2 times in the past 8 days, versus every 15 minutes day in and day out, and all his poor little sores are getting a chance to heal up. My husband teased me for ordering that shampoo but it's made him a believer as well!
